Key Provisions

CREATES a Missing Persons Information Clearinghouse within the Arkansas Crime Information Center.
CLEARINGHOUSE shall be administered by the Director of the Arkansas Crime Information Center.
ESTABLISH a computerized system to communicate information on persons reported to be missing and unidentified deceased persons.
INTERFACE with the National Crime Information Center for the exchange of information on missing persons and unidentified deceased persons.
